Heather Arel, a lead tutor in one of The New England Center for Children’s (NECC) Partner Program classrooms in Groton, MA, has worked for NECC for nearly two years. Rachel Wheeler, a program coordinator for the Pleasant Street adult services team, has been with The New England Center for Children for 15 years. She was nominated by a colleague because she “brings a calm and thoughtful demeanor to the team.”

Christina Rayball has worked in The New England Center for Children’s (NECC) Partner Program since 2021 and currently serves as an interim lead teacher for a partner classroom in Groton, MA. She was nominated because she “has helped the students make incredible gains in her time in Groton.”
