Kelly Hilcoff, MSEd, BCBA, LABA, a consulting specialist in NECC’s Public School Services department, has worked at NECC for 23 years. She was nominated because she “goes above and beyond to cater to staff needs and always does so with a smile on her face.”
Jasper Suhr, a lead teacher in one of NECC’s PSS partner classrooms, was nominated for Staff Spotlight because he “exemplifies leadership in every way” and “always brings a positive attitude and a personal touch into the classroom.”
Hannah Connolly, a tutor in one of NECC's Partner Program classrooms in Derry, NH, has worked in NECC’s Public School Services (PSS) program for three years. She was nominated for Staff Spotlight because she “works so well with all the students."
Katie Mulholland, a lead tutor in a Partner Program Classroom in Derry, NH, has worked at NECC for two years. She was nominated for Staff Spotlight because she is “dedicated to and passionate about her work."
Mary Nevins has worked as lead teacher in one of NECC's partner classrooms in Barnstable, MA, over the last year. She was nominated because she is “an amazing lead teacher" and "a strong advocate for our students and the staff who work in her room."

Heather Arel, a lead tutor in one of The New England Center for Children’s (NECC) Partner Program classrooms in Groton, MA, has worked for NECC for nearly two years. She was nominated by a colleague because she “always goes above and beyond to support students and other staff,” and when she moved to Groton,
Christina Rayball has worked in The New England Center for Children’s (NECC) Partner Program since 2021 and currently serves as an interim lead teacher for a partner classroom in Groton, MA. She was nominated because she “has helped the students make incredible gains in her time in Groton.”
Each year, the NECC 5K Walk/Run for Autism brings together hundreds of staff, students, families, and community members for a day of support for autism education. On May 11, more than 65 people will honor their late colleague, Amy Posocco, by participating as the Miles for Mimi NECC 5K team.
