Exciting things are happening at The Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Special Education operated by The New England Center for Children (MRC-NECC) this fall. MRC-NECC welcomed a new group of Early Year students into the program, an expansion of MRC-NECC’s current services.

Jessica Sassi, PhD, BCBA-D, LABA, has taken her position as the new CEO of The New England Center for Children. She succeeds L. Vincent Strully, Jr., the organization’s founder, who will continue to serve as an executive advisor and on the Board of Directors.
NECC and Simmons Offer New Two-Year Master’s Degree Program
The New England Center for Children and Simmons University have collaborated to offer a new master’s degree in education beginning this September. The new degree – which will be free to all NECC staff— is a two-year, non-licensure special education degree.
