STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Jenna Noccioli-Sullivan
Jenna Noccioli-Sullivan, a level 2 teacher on the Intensive Instruction Program (IIP), has worked at The New England Center for Children (NECC) for three years. She was nominated for Staff Spotlight by a colleague because she is “a hardworking and dedicated case manager and teacher."
Littlest Musicians, Big Impact: Using Music to Create Community
In July of 2022, NECC music teacher Nadia Castagna created The Littlest Musicians music class for staff families with infants and young toddlers. Beginning with just six kids on Zoom, the class has grown to more than 40 children.
STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Emma Parsons
Emma Parsons was nominated for Staff Spotlight because "even on the hardest days, Emma is always positive and happy, and always willing to help a coworker. She’s someone we all look up to!"
NECC 5K Breaks Fundraising and Attendance Records
The 18th Annual NECC Walk/Run for Autism surpassed the totals of previous ones, raising $324,000 with more than 1,000 participants. Virtual teams took part on Cape Cod, in New Hampshire, and in Abu Dhabi.

The New England Center for Children® (NECC) has been selected as a National Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET) School of Excellence for the 2024-25 school year, the highest honor NASET bestows upon special education schools.
