NECC was included in a recent Boston Business Journal article, entitled “Behavioral Health Buoys,” about the challenges Massachusetts is facing in building a workforce to meet the growing behavioral health needs.
NECC Southborough Executive Director Heather Morrison, MS, BCBA, LABA, shared the unique aspects of the job that make finding the right staff difficult, including working in person rather than remotely, and the physical nature of the job. She shared that NECC offers education benefits, a robust research program, and an on-site day care to entice potential employees.
