Emidio Neto has been working in the maintenance department at The New England Center for Children for 10 years. A colleague nominated Neto because he is “hardworking, caring, and compassionate. He always has the biggest smile and is continuously aware of others around him, going out of his way to lend a hand at the drop of a hat. Though quiet, he is an integral part of the maintenance staff and can always be depended upon to help anyone in the NECC community.”
