Although Paul Ankrah, a rehabilitation counselor for The New England Center for Children’s (NECC) Westborough 1 residence, is fairly new to NECC, he has had an immediate impact on his students and colleagues. “Paul joined the team in June and since the very first day he started has been passionate, extremely hardworking, and dedicated to the success of the students,” shared one colleague. “He is consistently among the top staff who run the highest number of ACE® classes, asks great questions about guidelines or protocols to make sure he’s doing everything correctly, always comes to work with a positive attitude, and has quickly built great rapport with all of the other staff on our team. Paul is always willing to help the team in any way he can—whether it’s by picking up overtime, helping with chores, or completing checklist items. Paul is always there for the staff and students of West 1, and we are so lucky he joined the team! We can’t wait to see all of the great things he accomplishes during his time at NECC!”
