45 Stories of Inspiration: Linda Donahue

NECC Senior HR Specialist, Linda Donahue, MSEd, has made an impact on the Center in multiple ways throughout her tenure. After joining NECC as a teacher following her graduation from Assumption College with a foreign languages degree, Linda fell in love with helping children with autism. She would go on to become one of the Center’s first college recruiters, helping the NECC attract and hire the direct-care workers that provide our students with world-class care and education. She led NECC’s recruitment efforts for over 15 years prior to her assuming her current role earlier this year.  

Throughout her entire career, she not only served the Center through her professional role, but also by donating her time at different events. Linda has long been a friendly face at the Carlos Placido-Dunkin’ Golf Classic, the Children of Promise Gala, and other NECC special events. She exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond as a staff member at NECC and we are lucky to have her.
