ABA Trainings at NECC

NECC's training programs provide high-quality, continuing education experiences for educators, parents and clinicians. Our trainings include evidence-based information presented in user friendly terms with an emphasis on practical solutions for the classroom, community and home settings. Sessions include hands-on practice utilizing the most effective teaching procedures and data collection methods. Our trainers are Board Certified Behavior Analysts® with experience in designing and overseeing the education of students with Autism Spectrum Disorders in public and private school settings. ABA in the Public Schools Workshop Series

This annual training series includes introductory and advance trainings in topics related to the education of students with Autism Spectrum Disorders in public schools. These trainings are appropriate for paraprofessionals, special educators and general educators. 

Parent Training Series

Our annual Parent Training Series provide parents and caregivers with information relevant to the home setting, presented by experienced professionals.

ABA Summer Workshop Series

Our four-day ABA Workshop provides paraprofessionals and special educators with an overview of best practices in the education of students with autism. Training sessions emphasize the effective use of ABA strategies in the public school setting including supported inclusion, preventing challenging behavior, systematic teaching methodologies and efficient progress measurement. 

BCBA® Workshops

NECC's BCBA Workshops are aligned with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® Task List. Sessions are presented by experienced clinicians actively involved in behavior analytic research and its applications in education. NECC is a Type-2 CEU provider.
